Computers don't act

Computers do not act. They don’t play games, check spelling, process information, etc—all of these are actions that involve consciousness and can only be performed by conscious beings, even if said conscious being may be aided by a computer in these tasks.1

Computers don’t follow programs, they simply obey the laws of physics.1
