Under legislative law, legal principles are sourced from arbitrary decrees. This means that the legal principles are non-objective. As its legal principles are non-objective, it cannot attempt to deal with justice.
Within such a system judges would not be attempting to provide justice and so could make the right call only by accident. A victim of an objective crime would be unable to defend themselves using objective principles of justice.1
