The ownership transfer case for group property is invalid as it does not resolve the contradiction raised by the impossibility thesis. It attempts to solve the contradiction of group property by way of contracts; however, contract theory stems from property theory. As it is contract theory which arises from property theory, contracts cannot allow for contradictory property claims such as in the case of group ownership.1
