In order for any person to survive they must engage in action. Under a system of universal co-ownership, an individual must seek permission from every single person before engaging in any action; however, even asking for permission is an action. This means that every individual must immediately begin the cessation of action, implying the death of humanity. Furthermore, purposefully ceasing action is impossible as one is acting even by purposefully doing nothing, making this ethic impossible to obey.1
