ぐ verb transformations

ぐ verbs are godan verbs that end with ぐ. Verbs of this type can be transformed into the て or た form by replacing the final character with いで or いだ.¹

Examples: ぐ transformation

• 泳ぐ → 泳いで　/ 泳いだ.
