The お-form of a verb can place it into the continuous present tense.

The verb いる (to be/exist) is always appended to the ど-form when making this continuous present tense.1

Example: Yui is walking

ç”èĄŁăŒă‚ă‚‹ă„ăŠă„ă‚‹

Info

ç”èĄŁ (Yui) is marked with が and thus is the core subject.

The verb いる means (be/exist/is).

あるいど (walking) is the ど form of あるく (walk). It adds context to いる. Yui exists, but she is also walking.
